Has my order been placed?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. Note: It may take up to an hour for the email to arrive while your payment provider verifies the transaction.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel or change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@bleu-ribbon.com. Once an order has entered the processing phase, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

Lost or Missing Packages

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot find it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
