We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return through our automated system.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will make it right immediately. We offer hassle-free returns at no cost to you. We will cover the return shipping expenses and provide a replacement or a full refund, per your preference.

2. "Changed Your Mind" & Sustainability 🌿

We understand that sometimes an item isn't exactly what you expected. We accept returns for customer remorse without any restocking fee. However, to support our commitment to a smaller carbon footprint and reduce logistics waste, return shipping costs and logistics are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

How to Initiate a Return (Self-Service)

To make the process faster and more transparent, we use an automated return portal:

  1. Visit our Customer Account Portal and sign in with your email.
  2. Select the order and the items you wish to return.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.

Exceptions & Hygiene Rules ⚠️

Since our products are made for little ones, hygiene and safety are our highest priorities. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Hygiene Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding, pillows, pacifiers, and personal care items once the packaging has been opened.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
