30-Day Risk-Free Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will make it right immediately. We offer hassle-free returns at no cost to you. We will cover the return shipping expenses and provide a replacement or a full refund, per your preference.
2. "Changed Your Mind" Returns
We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't fit or isn't what you expected. We accept returns for customer remorse without any restocking fee. You will not be required to pay for return shipping. We want you to shop with complete confidence.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@bleu-ribbon.com or via our chat box within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Exceptions & Hygiene Rules ⚠️
Since our products are made for little ones, hygiene and safety are our highest priorities. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Hygiene Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding, pillows, pacifiers, and personal care items once the packaging has been opened.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The same condition regarding the item being unworn and in original packaging applies.
