Return for Defective Products:

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way, we offer hassle-free returns at no cost to you. Please send us a message through the chat box or email us at info@bleu-ribbon.com within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. We will cover the return shipping expenses and provide a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.

Return for Customer Remorse:

If you have purchased a product and later decide that it is not suitable for your needs, doesn't fit, or simply no longer want it, we also offer returns in such cases. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we will accept returns for customer remorse without any restocking fee. You will not be required to pay any cost for return delivery. Please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

Important Return Information:

  1. All returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any included accessories. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  2. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
  3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  4. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect it thoroughly. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for the return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
