Collection: Blankets & Swaddling

Wrapped in Love – Breathable Swaddles & Cozy Blankets

The transition from the womb to the world is a big change for a newborn. The Bleu Ribbon Swaddle & Blanket Collection is designed to recreate that comforting sense of security. Whether you are mastering the perfect swaddle to calm the startle reflex or looking for a lightweight layer for stroller naps, our textiles prioritize one thing above all: Breathability.

Why Parents Trust Our Textiles?

  • Safety Through Breathability: We favor open-weave fabrics like Cotton Muslin and Cellular Knits. These allow air to circulate freely, significantly reducing the risk of overheating while keeping your baby comfortably warm.
  • Hip-Healthy Design: Our swaddles have enough stretch to allow for the natural "frog-leg" position, supporting healthy hip development while keeping the upper body secure.
  • Multi-Use Versatility: A good blanket is never just a blanket. Our large muslin squares double as nursing covers, burp cloths, stroller shades, and even impromptu changing mats.

Choose Your Fabric

  1. Organic Muslin: The ultimate all-rounder. Lightweight, gets softer with every wash, and perfect for swaddling in warmer months.
  2. Cellular Blanket: The "hospital favorite." Its unique hole structure traps warmth in winter but releases heat in summer, making it the safest choice for newborns.
  3. Knitted Cotton: Soft, weighty, and cozy. Ideal for stroller walks and tummy time on the floor.

Safety Note: When to Stop Swaddling

Swaddling is wonderful for newborns, but safety comes first. You must stop swaddling as soon as your baby shows signs of attempting to roll over (usually around 8 weeks or 3-4 months). At this stage, transition to an arms-out Sleep Sack for safe sleep.
